The Secretariat for Legislation as independent expert service of the Macedonian Government with its wide and responsible position presents important part of the set of state bodies authorized to provide consistency of the legal system, compliance of the laws and other acts with the Constitution of Macedonia, international agreements, following the compatibility of national legislation with the Acquis of the European Union, as well conformity assessment of the laws and other acts of Macedonia with the EU Law.
